The product operates with an integrated Visual Editor wich allows the user to design and change disclaimers as well as signatures as necessary. A comprehensive rules system allows the user to assign signatures specifically to the different divisions or individual employees of the company.
The visual editor supports html, rtf and txt files. This provides the necessary flexibility to produce any disclaimer or signature fast and without problems from existing documents. Images and company logos can be inserted as desired.
